Q. How long should I take Zotrim for?
A. Zotrim is extremely safe, meaning there is no limit to the amount of time you can take the supplement for. Take it for as long as you need to enable you to get your weight to a happy medium. Q. How should I use Zotrim?
A. Take Zotrim 15 minutes before each meal. If you forget to take it, it does not matter. Just take it right before your meal or while you are eating. If you miss a meal altogether, try to remember to take it for the next meal, as missing a dose will slow your weight loss rate. If you miss a meal, you can still take Zotrim, but only take one tablet. To gain the best results, try to take the recommended dosage. If you don’t, your ability to lose weight will be impaired.
Zotrim cannot help you decide what to eat. You have to take care of this yourself. Be sensible and do not eat too many high fat foods. There are many lower fat alternatives to milk, butter, cheese, fried foods, crisps and nuts and we recommend you eat these. Grill and boil your food rather than frying it and try not to skip meals. You can still drink alcohol but limit your intake.
You do not need to exercise to get results from Zotrim. However, even the smallest extra bit of activity will help you to lose weight faster and target the areas you really want to lose weight from. Try to walk instead of getting in the car and take the stairs where you can.
Q. Who can use Zotrim?
A. Zotrim is suitable for most people, including vegetarians. However, if you are under 16, pregnant or breastfeeding, or sensitive to caffeine, we do not recommend it. One day’s use of Zotrim contains the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. If you are on any medication, or are diabetic, consult your doctor first.
